Phoenix of Maple Heights offers a wide variety of services, such as short-term skilled nursing care, long-term care and rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy and respite care. Our physical, occupational and speech therapists strive to help our patients meet their highest physical and mental potential. Phoenix of Maple Heights also offers a Secured Behavioral Health Unit, providing comfortable stays and support for those struggling with behavioral problems.
